For mechanic/installer, typical tasks will be.

• installation of all types of equipment on our vessels

• occasional welding of brackets (aluminium)

• hydraulic assembly

• installation of motor, gears and propeller systems

• surface treatment

• Other work Qualifications for mechanic/installer

•Mainly mechanical education, preferably trade certificates such as industrial, agricultural, aircraft, car, ship mechanic or installer. Industrial plumbing is also desirable. Experience can replace the requirement for a certificate.

• Be able to read and interpret construction drawings
