We are currently seeking a skilled Technician to join our team at Westvlees. As a Technician, you will play a vital role in performing technical repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure the smooth operation of our equipment and systems.

  • Conduct diagnostic tests, troubleshoot, and repair equipment malfunctions or failures
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, cleaning, and calibration
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure compliance with regulations throughout all repair and maintenance activities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, answering questions and resolving technical issues
  • Collaborate with external vendors or contractors for specialized repairs or installations, as necessary
  • This position requires a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment used in repairs and maintenance
  • Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
  • Ability to work independently or in team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks and lift heavy equipment when necessary
  • Flexibility to work on-call or during non-standard hours, if necessary
