Implementation Solution Architect

The Implementation Solution Architect will ensure a successful onboarding and integration experience for our global customer base, utilizing Microblink's Identity product suite. You thrive in a customer-facing setting, work fluidly with teammates and find joy in creative solutions to complex problems. Your solution-focused mentality is unmatched and pragmatic execution defines your approach to product delivery. You will report to the VP of Customer Success in New York City.

A successful launch is near impossible without a meticulous and carefully considered plan for custom deployments and implementations. You will be critical in assessing and assembling our solutions for all environments, effortlessly delivering our technology to Microblink’s customers. 

Here’s what you’ll do

• Partner with Sales, Project Management, Customer Success, and Engineering to capture customer requirements, devise a delivery strategy and act as the technical point of contact for Identity product integrations.
• Recommend integration solutions, migration strategies, and supported architectures to successfully implement Identity products
• Demonstrate product capabilities and use cases for partner stakeholders across multiple levels, from executives to engineers
• Solve complex technical problems and design innovative solutions uniquely tailored to customer objectives
• Mitigate risk by identifying critical project dependencies & gaps
• Interface with customers via email, phone, and video conferencing

You'll be successful in this role if you

• Have 3+ years of interfacing with internal and/or external customers (i.e., Implementation Consultant Implementation Engineer, Solution Architect, Technology Solution Architect, or similar)
• Have proven experience with deploying applications in Kubernetes
• Have proven experience with Linux bash scripting
• Have proven experience with Postgres and MongoDB
• Have experience working in a technology organization
• Are passionate about providing excellent customer service
• Can articulate complex ideas in a simple and understandable manner
• Can identify business problems and tie your proposed solutions to measurable success criteria
• Think of yourself as a team player, and you are always happy to share knowledge
• Have experience with integration of mainstream Cloud providers  
• Are proficient in English, both written and spoken

A plus is if you also have

• Experience with Jenkins or other CI tool
• Experience with SaaS B2B software
• Experience with AI in-house products
