Housekeeper (m/f)

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and tidying up the rooms and access points (such as corridors), receiving and delivering linen to guests and changing linen (bed linen and towels) in the rooms. Also takes care of replenishing the stock of amenities in the rooms and other requested accessories.

• Receiving the day's service;
• Arrange the service trolleys;
• Clean and tidy the rooms and/or houses;
• Perform turndown;
• Arrange the stock of clothes;
• Deliver the service.

• Elementary knowledge of the Portuguese language;
• Previous experience in the function;
• Basic knowledge of machinery related to their function;
• Basic knowledge of handling detergents and chemicals assigned to the function;
• Good organizational and work method skills
• Capacity for teamwork;
• Act effectively and efficiently under pressure;
• Concern for detail and excellence;
• Assiduity, punctuality, responsibility and sense of duty.
