Wangen Apartments is a family run company, started operating at the beginning of 2023. We are situated in the midst of Fjord-Norway and our apartments are located by the beautiful Aurlandsfjord. Aurland is a busy and international area for a few summer months.

What you will do:

  • Reception work.
  • Customer service by phone and email.
  • Welcome and assist customers.
  • Clean and maintain the shop presentable.
  • Work in the reception shop (Mall of Norway).
  • Price products.
  • Display products in the shop (shelves, racks, hangers, etc.)
  • Check deliveries.
Job requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Good level of English.
  • Friendly and service-minded attitude.
  • Previous hotel work experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with Booking.com is an advantage.
  • Precise, flexible and high-quality customer service.
  • Able to work on a fast-paced environment.
  • Keep up with high standards of cleaning.
  • Can work independently but have a strong team spirit.

Applicants must be available for a minimum of 4 months’ period.
We prefer non-smokers.

Benefits

Salary: Starting from NOK 31.400 before tax.

Where you will live:

We offer staff house for our team members. The rent will be deducted from your salary.

We provide bed sheets, towels and a bicycle (and helmet). The staff house is located about 2 km from the shops.

Rent is NOK 2900,- pr month for a shared room and NOK 3500,- for a single room. Internet and electricity are included.

Diplomas, references and other papers must be sent together with CV. References must be listed with name and contact details in the CV.

Interviews will be done via video.
