The duties of a head bartender include, making drinks, possessing a large knowledge of drink recipes, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the bar area, replacing kegs, handling employee issues, handling customer complaints and disturbances, scheduling employees, supervising other bartenders, ordering supplies and alcohol and overseeing the workings of the bar area.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Interact with customers, take orders for drinks and snacks.

Maintain liquor inventory & consumption and arrange restocking with Stores.

Collect payment for drinks served and balance all receipts.

Train Barmen and Bar Waiters.
Requirements:
Work Experience: At least 1-3 years in a similar position

Academic Qualifications: Diploma / Degree in the hospitality field

Computer Knowledge: MS Office
