  • Receive and support the customer since the reservation until the end of the experience
  • Give support to the restaurant team and help with anything that can improve the customer’s experience
  • Organize reservations and the seatting taking into account the standards of the restaurant;
  • Transmit complaints to your superior;
  • Comply with HACCP requirements.

  • Experience in similar roles
  • Fluency in English and basic Portuguese or Spanish (mandatory)
