Job offer description
- Receive and support the customer since the reservation until the end of the experience
- Give support to the restaurant team and help with anything that can improve the customer’s experience
- Organize reservations and the seatting taking into account the standards of the restaurant;
- Transmit complaints to your superior;
- Comply with HACCP requirements.
