  1. You give support to our end-users
  2. You manage same of our customers’ infrastructure as level -1
  3. You guarantee that customers’ requests are properly handled by the lewel -2 and -3 lines

  • You have a strong interest in ICT

  • You have an expercience in ICT support

  • You have a strong customer oriented
