The Role
We are seeking caring, reliable, and motivated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team across Kildare, Wicklow, and Dublin. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide personal care and practical support to clients, enabling them to maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care including washing, dressing, and grooming in line with individual care plans
- Assist with mobility and transfers using appropriate equipment
- Prompt medication and collect prescriptions when required
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support with light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records using our One Touch App
- Follow health and safety and infection control procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, compassionate, and respectful attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
- Previous experience in care is desirable, but full training is provided
- A full driving licence and access to your own car (preferred but not essential)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends

- FETAC Level 5 in Healthcare (or commitment to achieve this qualification)
- Full driving licence and access to your own car (essential)
- Previous experience in care is desirable
- Comprehensive induction and ongoing training
