- Investigation of customer quality requirements
- Establishing quality requirements from external suppliers
- Quality standards settings
- Defining quality procedures in manufacturing
- Establishing and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data
- Performing quality assessment
- Recruiting and maintaining quality standards
- Training employees on quality measures
- Pursuing self-development and training in current quality principles
- Coordinating and managing the implementation of new standards into practice
- Achieving zero defects in quality
- Detecting system failures and problems
