HEAD OF FRAUD PREVENTION
Job Summary:
The role will be responsible for timely deliveries of fraud services as per our customer needs across products by managing the fraud team and ensuring that both tools and methods are constantly up to date and optimized. The team is not only responsible for detecting fraud but also find ways to prevent it.
A big part of the role will be to assist in building processes, reports and software functionality to mitigate the increasing threat of professional bots, collusion and other player safety areas. Operational experience in these areas are beneficial for any applicant.
Main responsibilities and key activities:
- Keep close track on performance and trends to identify problems or issues before they arise
- Optimize current fraud tools and processes
- Delivery of specifications for new tools/features needed and manage the road-map together with the correlating product owner
- Analyse and develop current detection strategies
- Serve as the escalation point for internal and external high level queries and investigations from team members
- Prioritization and planning with business needs in mind
- Manage and coordinate the fraud team to consistently deliver services of high standard
- Daily operational fraud investigations
- Proactively assess, clarify and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Job Requirements:
- High degree of computer literacy
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Logical mindset
- High level of gaming knowledge, especially poker is desired
- Experience of operational player safety fraud prevention
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English
- Excellent management skills, including the ability to lead facilitate and influence
- Self-motivated and ability to exercise independent judgement
