Tasks and responsibilities

  • Responsible from preparation of short-term and long-term production plans based on sales and market needs
  • Supports to team to implement effective production order execution
  • Monitors the realization of production and sales in case of backlog creates action plan
  • Works with external and internal clients
  • Providing professional assistance, consulting in the field information and logistics processes, communication with customers
  • Responsible from preparation of short-term and long-term procurement plans based on production plan
  • Ensures of material availability on time for production without excess inventory
  • Cooperates with sales, purchasing, production, informatics and development teams, leads to planning team
  • Introduction innovations in the field logistics processes, appropriate information support
  • Management and control logistics and information processes from order to invoice, analysis of the implementation customer requirements and coordination with options
  • END to END planning
  • Implements additional tasks defined by the program director.

Payment in accordance with Slovenian law. Salary depends on knowledge, experience and skills.

Job requirements

Your skills and knowledge

  • Education:. Bachelor or Master of Logistics, Economics, Management or other similar course
  • Work experience 5 Years
  • Computer skills: advanced
  • Proefficient English language, other languages are a benefit
  • Leadership and planning skills
  • Flexibility and openess to change
  • 5+ years of experience on a similar position
  • Motivation and positive mindset
