Welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, providing assistance during their stay, liaising with internal departments, and ensuring the customer experience meets the hotel’s standards.

He/she works on a seasonal basis for 6–7 months a year and are provided with accommodation in staff quarters.
Experience and a valid work permit for Italy are required.
