Job requirements
  • Acting in accordance with the standards of luxury hospitality;
  • Obtain information about the guests' needs and expectations;
  • Verify the correct allocation of VIP category;
  • Accompany the guest during their stay;
  • Assign "Butlers Suites" and draw up the VIP list;
  • Do Up Selling;
  • Participate in the management cocktail;
  • Complaints management;
  • Give feedback on the guest's stay to the General Management;
  • Doing the line up of the day;
  • Do daily customer journal;
  • Request VIP treatments;
  • Make reservations for restaurants, excursions, golf, tennis and other activities requested;
  • Receive and answer correspondence related to the function;
  • Conduct guest tours and visits.
