Then join the SW Platform & Architecture department in Bjerringbro. We are responsible for developing platform based embedded software from low level hardware drivers to application layer features for our complete product portfolio. You will be part of a department consisting of SW Product Owners, SW architechs, SCRUM Masters and Software Developers where you will report to Senior Manager, Erik Adam Schulz Laursen.

What is the job about?

As a SCRUM Master in our two platform development teams, you will facilitate and build an agile environment for the teams. Your aim is to ensure that they have the right conditions for delivering continuous value according to their sprint goal commitments towards our agile release train. You will facilitate daily self-organization to ensure that we have the right sense of ownership, resources and competences to achieve our goals. This entails: 

-    Helping the team provide usable and valuable software used across our product portfolio. 

-    Facilitating Scrum events to constantly improve the way we work. 

-    Represent the platform teams in our program increment planning.

-    Close corporation with product owners and other SCRUM Masters. 

-    Assisting the product owners to arrange the product backlog and to understand and practice agility.

-    Help Grundfos in the agile transformation.

 

What do you need to possess to apply?

Technical knowledge and understanding of embedded software development is highly beneficial, but excellent SCRUM Master skills, understanding of team dynamics and Jira knowledge are crucial. You are openminded with great collaboration skills and you probably hold a bachelor or a master’s degree and could have project management experience – and be interested in developing your SCRUM Master skills.

Alternatively, you are an outstanding SCRUM Master with excellent communication and facilitation skills that enable you to work with software professionals on technical projects.
