GP-SSC Master Data Specialist & P2P Analyst - Porto (m/f/d)
Supporting the creation of “Energy for the World”, ENERCON is deploying its Global Procurement Shared Service Centre in Porto Office Park (Av. de Sidónio Pais 93, 4100-467 Porto, Portugal), aimed at globally representing a broad range of cross-functional capabilities within ENERCON’s Procurement. The SSC will offer you development opportunities, global exposure and the option to live in one of Europe’s most attractive cities. Reporting to the Competence Centre Director for SSC & Region Management:
What’s in it for you:
• Monitors P2P Pool, focused on data integrity and processes compliance;
• Provides assistance to internal clients by troubleshooting inconsistencies at strategic and operational level (contracts information update in SAP, contracts items edition, contract dates extensions, Order Confirmations booking);
• Supports Monthly Reports creation regarding Shared Service Centre performance;
• Supports NPS survey development and analysis;
• Creates Business Intelligence tools that enable proper systems and processes compliance at company level; Drive timely action and communication with both internal stakeholders and suppliers;
• Contributes to optimize processes and implement efficiencies.
What we are looking for:
• Minimum Bachelor in Engineering or Management;
• Minimum 6 months experience in similar role;
• Good Knowledge in Microsoft Excel and SAP; Ariba and SAP Analytics Cloud as a plus;
• Proficiency in English, preferably with good skills in Portuguese and/ or German.
How you will succeed:
• Intensive onboarding process related to the position;
• Achieving expert user level of SAP, Microsoft Excel and Power BI;
• Applying good communication skills in multi-cultural environments and a proactive attitude, able to interact with different peers, up to Division Heads;
• Acting as a team player with an analytical mindset and a structured way of working.
