We Offer

Global Mobility has a special role in Maersk Drilling as the successful operation of our drilling rigs require a workforce, which can be moved around on assignments of varied duration to almost anywhere in the world. We are searching for a Global Mobility Manager, whose role is to maintain and develop our ability to do this.

If you are a senior HR person with global mobility experience, then this is a chance for you to be part of high performing team and a collaborative effort across our organization, which merges talent management, compensation, HR process management, tax and employment law.





Key Responsibilities

The Global Mobility Manager’s primary objectives will be:

•To simplify our global mobility solution and ensure that it is well understood in the organization, easy to navigate and experienced as problem-free for our expatriates

•To link our global mobility solution with talent management and ensure that processes and principles, expatriation and repatriation are strategically aligned people decisions



In order to achieve this, the Global Mobility Manager will be working with the global HR community and our business leaders on the following:

•Developing principles aligned with our business strategy

•Defining new policies and maintaining present ones

•Defining and implementing processes which minimizes time spent, minimizes variation and maximizes quality

•Providing communication, training and transparency to the organization

•Giving advice and settling cases of doubt





Who we are looking for

The ideal candidate is:

•An excellent change manager, who knows how to work with stakeholders at all levels

•A mature individual or project manager, who is comfortable driving results through others

•Experienced within global mobility, incl. compensation, international tax and international employment

•Familiar with HR operations and disciplines such as talent management and HR partnering



In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications

•A collaborative mindset

•An opinionated person who has the ability to choose battles wisely

•5-10 years of experience with international HR at increasing levels of responsibility

•Proficiency in English
