We are recruiting for the position as Global Coordinator in the GLP-1 Obesity Management. Reporting to the Vice President of GLP-1 Obesity Management, you can look forward to be working with the Vice President and the management team, as well as working with 15 colleagues on a continuous basis, covering many different tasks, from administrative to project-specific tasks.

The job

Your tasks will include managing the GLP-1 Obesity budget, working on the Globeshare site and providing support to the Product Managers in the team with coordination and logistics on different projects, in collaboration with the other Global Marketing Coordinators within the Obesity area.



In terms of budget management, you will be responsible for the department Line of Business budget and project budgets, where it is your responsibility to follow up on the budget, do monthly reporting and plan the budget in close collaboration with the management team, the CVP Assistant and our Finance team.



You will have a close working relationship with the rest of the GLP-1 Administrative team and you are encouraged to seek cross team and organisational collaboration in your daily work.



Qualifications

You have an administrative education and have experience from working with administrative processes and project tasks of various kinds. Knowledge of SAP and budgets is an advantage, as is experience with Globeshare. You also demonstrate a high level of knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.



You are proactive, service-minded, have a can-do attitude and have good coordination and planning skills. A strong quality mind-set including a high level of quality in deliverables, coordination and planning will be a natural part of your work. You can work independently and you strive to find solutions to challenges at hand. Finally, you must have excellent command of written and spoken English.
