Would you like to be our new specialist responsible for global sourcing projects within Facility? Can you challenge how the LEGO Group sources globally? Then here is an opportunity to be a key player in developing global sourcing plans for Property Leasing, Investments and Developments. Deliver superb strategies and sourcing for the Facility category Your overall focus is facility procurement, covering property, buildings and property leasing as well as restoration of existing properties and large construction projects. Here, you liaise with key global stakeholders to co-develop global sourcing strategies and execute on plans. In particular, your role will include: Collaborating with regional manufacturing site teams to analyse stakeholder needs and the market landscape Developing a sourcing plan that is aligned globally with stakeholders and procurement partners Stakeholder and supplier management in terms of contracting, negotiations, escalation and reviews Driving progress in governance and compliance and value-adding KPIs Being key point of contact for global stakeholder leadership and relationship management Facilitating global category forums, driving sourcing plan execution and performing KPI management Make an impact You will join a family-owned business where quality, teamwork and personal development are cornerstones. Strong track record in either global Real Estate Development or Lease Sourcing As this is a specialist position, your professional skills are key - be it within global Real Estate Development or Lease Sourcing. The challenge will be to balance stakeholder needs and the sourcing agenda, while navigating in two very different stakeholder landscapes. To be successful, you: Have 5+ years of global experience in strategic sourcing from a company with a global foot print Have a degree in Business Management focusing on Real Estate Management, Supply Chain, Legal, Finance or equivalent Have proven experience in developing and executing global sourcing plans Have solid stakeholder influencing and management skills combined with strong communication and negotiation abilities Are secure enough in your own professional expertise to be able to hold your own and say no when the situation demands it Are willing to travel approximately 60 days per year due to the global nature of this role Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Community.
