About the job

As IT Expert (2nd Line) you will provide assistance mainly to PC and laptop users. You will investigate the issues following established processes and recommend improvements to resolve typical customer enquiries. IT Expert takes ownership of understanding the customer's problem (these are generally of a more complex nature than those dealt with 1st line level) and resolving the issue or re-routing to the proper support group after careful investigation. If you often help your friends and family with computer issues and constantly fix and upgrade your PC - do not hesitate to apply for this position.

Requirements

  • Advanced German language
  • Good command of English language
  • Team player
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP/7/8
  • Knowledge of Applications Vendors such as: Microsoft, Adobe, Apple etc. will be an asset
  • Experience in resolving PC and laptop issues
