Your Position

Part toy, part video game, all-out high speed family fun.

Anki DRIVE is a battle-racing game the whole family can enjoy.

Serve as their brand ambassador and strive to increase brand loyalty on every interaction as you cover the wide spectrum of Customer Care, ranging from sales- to product-related customer queries. This will include providing pre-sales information and order status updates, answering questions on product features and functionality as well as offering high-quality technical troubleshooting to identify and resolve installation and gaming issues.

Turn every interaction into an industry-leading customer experience by:

  • Proactively engaging with customers to build relationships and increase value to the Anki brand;
  • Handling inbound calls and emails assisting customers with a variety of services, such as Pre-Sales support and Technical support;
  • Clearly understanding our customers’ requests while building a lasting rapport;
  • Taking ownership of customer issues from start to finish creating a Net Promoter;
  • Promptly resolving all issues in professional matter, using strong interpersonal skills and being attentive and patient;
  • Following up with customers to assure we have met their needs and satisfaction;
  • Managing customer issues / expectations in accordance to policy and procedure guidelines and accurately documenting information in our CRM database;
  • Participating in regular game play of Anki products, and be able to articulate those positive experiences with customers.

Your Profile

  • Fluency in written and spoken German (C1 level mandatory);
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (C1 mandatory);
  • 1+ years’ experience in a customer related role (Technical Support);
  • Proficiency in PC/Mac systems, as well as iOS/Android devices;
  • Knowledge of various search engines and Knowledge Base systems;
  • Attention to detail and proven ability and willingness to learn;
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and remain focused and motivated;
  • Pronounced problem resolution capabilities and ability to apply critical thinking and common sense to isolate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner;
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and high levels of empathy;
  • Strong written, verbal and organization skills and ability to work independently;
  • People person, enjoys being part of a team and supporting each-other;
  • Availability to work on weekends and in shifts (Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 – 19:00).
