Manpower is recruiting a Service Desk Agent fluent in German for an international client based in Lisbon. The agent will be providing technical support specialized in IT services, to established performance standards for customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities
- Perform remote troubleshooting;
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services;
- Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Job requirements
- Superb written and oral communication skills in both English (B2 level minimum) & German (C1/C2 level);
- Availability to work shifts between Monday to Friday 6.30AM to 4PM;
- Proficiency with desktop computer system and internet skills;
- Prior customer service experience;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
