As the general assistant you will be responsible for handling cash, customer service, checkout operations and car parking duties. You will also have responsibility for merchandising & display and general housekeeping duties. This is an exciting opportunity to join Musgrave Market place.

Job requirements

Experience, Skills and Education     The successful candidate will have the skills to communicate effectively, have the ability to work to deadlines, work well on own initiative, work as part of a team and maintain a confident, enthusiastic, and approachable manner whilst maintaining a high standard of Customer Service. The job requires a high degree of physical fitness in order handle large and heavy cases of produce.

Nice to have

Previous experience in a busy retail/ food retail/ wholesale environment and cash handling experience would be advantageous but not essential as all training will be provided
