KPMG Luxembourg is looking for forward-thinking and passionate people to make a difference to our Clients, People, and Communities. We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer. In this role, you will participate in the estimation and development processes, propose, justify and implement technical solutions.
Upon joining the team you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:
- Analyse, design and implement software solutions based on C# and Angular;
- Be flexible and curious about new technologies. Propose and implement ideas for system improvements;
- Participate in the estimation process;
- Respect and propose internal processes and development methodologies/strategies;
- Ensure Software Functions Normally Through Software Maintenance and Testing;
- Write and maintain detailed functional and technical documentation;
- Ensure respect and implementation of Application Lifecycle Management (you build it, you run it);
- Train other developers.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science and 4+ years of experience in a similar position;
- Relevant Experience with C# (EF Core, NewtonSoft JSON) and communication (Web API, Web Services);
- Relevant experience with Angular (ngrx, rxjs, webpack);
- Experience with Git (Git flow will be an asset);
- Good knowledge of design patterns and database design and optimisation;
- Good knowledge in tooling (Jira, Confluence, Database migration tools);
- Knowledge with docker and continuous integration;
- Experience with SQL Server or any other SQL based database;
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology;
- Fluency in English is required; Knowledge of French or German would be an asset;
- Passion for technology.
