As a Front Office Supervisor in our hotel, you are the first point of contact for our guests. You will help to make a perfect first impression and immediately convey the feeling of genuine hospitality to our guests. You will perform the following tasks, together with a dynamic team:
- Oversee an efficient reception workflow, including check-in/check-out.
- Assist in the handling of guest enquiries.
- Ensure that all relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments is communicated to the Front Office Manager and his/her deputies.
- Review the appearance, standards and performance of the Front Office team, with particular emphasis on training and teamwork
- Maximise room occupancy and use upselling methods to promote the hotel's services and facilities.
- A completed apprenticeship in the hotel industry or several years of professional experience at the reception desk
- Business fluent in German and English
- Passion for hospitality
- Positive leadership qualities to motivate the team to above-average performance
- Motivation to develop yourself and other team members
- The ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills
