As a Front Office Receptionist at The iNUA Collection of Hotels, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience, ensuring every interaction is exceptional and leaving a lasting impression. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Greeting and welcoming guests, providing a warm and personalized service
  • Handling guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and effectively
  • Managing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Processing reservations, payments, and completing necessary paperwork
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring guest billing is accurate
Job requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or similar customer-facing position in a hotel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficient in hotel reservation systems and computer applications
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
