Gundari is a luxury resort surrounded by 80 acres of stunning, raw nature on the remote island of Folegandros. Perched high on steep, towering cliffs overlooking the turquoise depths of the Aegean Sea, this extraordinary oasis is designed to inspire and rejuvenate, with wellness, gastronomy and sustainability at its heart. The resort is located in Folegandros and will open in May 2024.


Role description

This is a full-time on-site position for a receptionist at Gundari in Folegandros. The Receptionist will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting guests and providing clerical support to the team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and must provide excellent customer service.


 

 

Job requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience as a receptionist
  • Office skills, data entry and filing
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service skills, with patience when dealing with visitors' questions and complaints
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of PROTEL PMS hosting software
  • Knowledge of the English language. Any additional language will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent
