• Interpret conversations accurately and impartially between speakers of French, English, and Portuguese;

• Support individuals in situations that require confidentiality and professionalism;

• Follow communication protocols and maintain neutrality in all interactions;

• Ensure clarity and accuracy in every session, no matter the context.
