Food and Beverage Server

We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Food & Beverage Servers to join our team here at Lyrath Estate Hotel. Current roles exist in our Restaurant and Conference and Banqueting areas.

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a five star hotel.

The Food and Beverage Server will be responsible for the setup of assigned tables, retrieving and serving alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables according to hotel specifications and group requirements, in both a courteous and efficient manner. They will also maintain cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment.

The ideal candidate will be proactive to guest needs, have excellent customer service and engagement and be flexible in terms of working hours as you will be expected to work mid-week.
