we are recruiting staff of all levels to join our food and Beverage Team for our Harbour bar and Garnish restaurant. if you love working in a guest facing role, engaging with our guests , work on your own initiative as well as part of a tight knit team, and relish the challenge of a buzzing enviroment then this role is for you. full and part time roles are available   the ideal candidate will:

  • have a proven track record in similar role and have experience. 
  • have the ability to work well on their own initiative and in a team environment
  • have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job requirements

Main responsibilities include:

  • Serving food and Beverages ti guests in our bar and restaurant either table service or bar service
  • Making time to engage and chat with our guests, giving advice on local attractions and facilities in thehotel 
  • to undertake duties according to menu specifications set out by the head chef
  • to maintain the work area at all times in hygienic conditions in accordance with the health and safety standards
  • helping other team members , working as part of a team for set up , service and close of service daily
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to make sure the guests dining experience meets their expectations
  • Previous experience is welcome although full training will be provided
