Food and Beverage Assistant (Full-Time)

We are currently recruiting for the position of full-time food and beverage assistants for the Coach House Brasserie. Reporting to the Bar Manager, the successful candidate will assist in the day to day running of the Coach House.

Duties Include:

·        Assist the Bar Management team with the day to day running of the Coach House Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient operation

·        Showing exemplary customer service

·        Ensuring effective Cash & Stock Control Procedures are in place and adhered to at all times

·        To ensure the highest level of standard of service and cleanliness are maintained at all times

·        Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and feedback

·        Maximise sales and promote an upselling environment

·        To ensure the up-keep of maintenance throughout the Coach House

The successful candidate should have the ability to work well under pressure and should be energetic, customer focused and should possess excellent communication skills.

You must have working eligibility in Ireland in order to be considered for this position.
