The Finance and Strategy Manager drive value for the organization through improved decision making, financial controlling and corporate governance. Responsibilities
• Report directly to the CFO
• Work closely with the finance department and the management team
• Assist the CFO in strategic planning, strategy implementation and scenario modelling
• Have a thorough understanding of financial state of the business and make recommendations for business opportunities and continuous improvement
• Coordinate local financial performance reviews with senior management team and ensure monthly and quarterly actuals are managed within allocated budgets
• Manage execution against financial targets and communicate in a timely manner in case necessary actions needs to be taken
• M&A responsibility, source and valuation as well as execution of acquisition for the company as this is a proven strategy and important for the future growth
• Steer and control business financial strategy framework
• Execute financial and strategic evaluation of business cases and plans using financial analysis
• Manage planning, budgeting and forecasting efforts
• Manage cost and profitability management
• Manage financial reporting and consolidation
• Manage the working capital to ensure sufficient cash flow
• Provide senior management with support as necessary
Requirements
• Degree of Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics or Accounting
• 2-4 years of previous experience in a similar/relevant role
• Proven M&A experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Swedish and English
• Experience in financial planning, analysis and forecasting
• Experience in financial reporting
• Budget Process experience
• Business Process Improvement experience
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills
