Experienced supervisor within mechanical disciplines

Brødrene Langset AS is now looking for an experienced supervisor within mechanical disciplines for one of our projects onshore.

You need to have experience from the maritime industry, as well as from onshore facilities.

Duties:

• - Responsible leader for the group of operators, follow up with regards to job execution etc.
• - Lead fabrication and installation activities
• - Ensure that necessary procedures and routines are carried out in accordance with the company's management systems
• - HSE focus will be a natural part of the work

Requirements for education and work experience:

• - Relevant certificate of apprenticeship („fagbrev”) in mechanical discipline is an advantage but can be compensated with min. 5 years of relevant experience
• - Good professional competence
• - Min. 2 years of leader experience

• - Good leadership skills
• - Multidiscipline understanding and interest
• - Good interpersonal skills, contribute to creating a good professional environment
• - Good collaboration skills
• - Good communication skills both verbally and in writing
• - Good HSE attitudes, role model by example
