The Sheraton Athlone Hotel, part of the Hodson Bay Group, is delighted to invite applicants for the position of Experienced Hotel Receptionist.
Role responsibilities include:
- To anticipate the guests' needs in order to enhance quality service and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting the Front Office Team with the day to day running and development of the
- Reception area, ensuring good organization, effective and efficient systems.
- To provide the highest level of Customer Service to the Guests at all times and to maximize all opportunities and actual bookings by way of excellent people skills, product knowledge and closing sales ability.
- To offer the highest level of guest service in the Hotel, ensuring the highest standards are achieved at all times.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Ideally 1 years experience in a similar capacity in a busy hotel with a strong background in Front Office systems.
- Working knowledge of Front Office Systems, preferably Opera is required.
- Excellent level of spoken & written English
- Proven experience of working as part of a team
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Nice to have
- Previous Marriot experience
- Competent in Opera
