When YOU are in the kitchen, everything runs like clockwork. After all, you know how to motivate your colleagues during rush hour so that together you can serve delicious and beautifully prepared dishes.
You will ensure that all preparations are taken care of, the HACCP rules are followChefed and that there is a tasty local specialty on the menu, which is renewed annually by mutual agreement. You have a passion for food and prepare cold dishes, hot dishes and desserts. During all this you know how to keep an overview and keep the peace in the kitchen, also during peak times in the high season.
- You have leadership experience, preferably in the hospitality industry;
- You preferably have experience in professional cooking;
- You enjoy (partly) working on weekends.
Working in the kitchen at RCN is good for:
- Earning money in vacation atmosphere. Your working conditions are in accordance with the CAO Recreation and your salary is, depending on your knowledge and experience, in scale 3, 4 or 5 (between €2034,54 and €2803,31 per month + 8% vacation allowance based on 38 hours per week);
