For the international hotel chain NH in the Netherlands we are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced candidate for the position of Executive Chef. As Executive Chef you are responsible for the entire kitchen, and you manage your team with great enthusiasm! In this role, it is important to focus on improvements that contribute to the guest experience, the efficiency in the kitchen, and on the job satisfaction of your colleagues. You coach and motivate your chefs so that they get the best out of themselves. In addition, you ensure that dishes meet NH-standards, and you show your creative side frequently. You coordinate the execution of the work within the various departments of the kitchen, you take care of orders, and you monitor compliance with regulations in the field of health & safety, working conditions, and HACCP work and presentation methods. You are also responsible for changes in the menus and for the development of recipes and calculations. In this role you maintain close contact with the Food & Beverage Manager and other members of the hotel management team. You have at least a number (3+) years of experience as a Sous Chef and ready for the next step. You have experience with both Restaurants, Meeting & Events, and you can switch easily between the two. You are a team player with good communication skills and a passion for delivering great guest exp. You are available full-time and can't wait to show your talents in all areas of the kitchen. 2nd contract is a permanent contract. Salary: € 1945,96 - € 2393,31 depending on the postion. higher positions will have a higher salary.
