PubNative is a mobile publisher platform that serves scalable and flexible native ads via API for apps and mobile web. The platform’s programmatic exchange gives publishers access to more than 400 demand partners worldwide. PubNative’s US patent-pending eCPM maximization algorithm optimizes yield for publishers through machine learning patterns and predictive behavior analysis. The platform additionally offers publishers numerous ad delivery and targeting features as well as extensive inventory management tools. Its publisher-first approach focuses on the specific needs of each publisher across all verticals to create seamless, non-intrusive and highly performing ad integrations. The company is headquartered in Berlin with offices in San Francisco, Beijing and Seoul.



Your Responsibilities:

  • Your core responsibility is to both strategically and operationally grow our publisher portfolio
  • You acquire new media partners and implement publisher products
  • You represent PubNative at industry events locally and abroad
  • You conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new opportunities for business growth
  • You work closely with internal teams; Account Management, Ad Operations, Yield Management to communicate and prioritise needs/requests.
  • You influence decisions through product and sales analysis being a thought leader on all aspects of the business

Our Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor degree, preferably from a Top University
  • Minimum of two years experience in sales / business development
  • Minimum of one year experience  with working with large publishers partners in the mobile (advertising) industry
  • Strong understanding of current trends, patterns, and events in the mobile marketing industry
  • Good communication skills, fluent in English. French and German are preferred
  • Pro-active and result oriented working style
  • Ability to work and communicate in a fast paced international environment
