
Estonian & Finnish Team Sales Manager
PRIMX is on track to achieve 30% annual growth this year, and we`re looking for a rock star to help us push even further. As demand for our future Flexible concrete technology continues to grow, we need a passionate, driven candidate to join our European sales team. We`re looking for someone with the hunger and energy to fuel our next phase of growth. While a background in construction or sales is not mandatory it would be viewed as an advantage. If you`re ready to make an impact and help us reach new heights, we want you on board.
- Develop and maintain relations with key customers and decision-makers at existing and new customers in market;
- Introduction and selling of Primekss products to new and existing customers based on technical know-how and expertise;
- Responsibility for overseeing and managing the finances and status of a construction project;
- Resolving contractual and commercial problems and overseeing financial key performance indicators of a project;
- Reviewing projects documentations, preparing estimations and price proposals.
- Flexible yet persistent personality, willingness, and ability to learn fast;
- Fluent Finnish and English (writing, speaking, reading);
- Excellent argumentation and project management skills;
- Degree in Engineering or other related fields will be considered an advantage but not required;
- Sales background and experience in construction market will be considered an advantage but not required.

- Salary starting level is 2900 EUR (before taxes), additionally target bonus starts from 1000 EUR (before taxes);
