Information about the employer: InAxtion B.V. is a NBBU classified recruitment and employment agency for technical skilled workers. We offer temporary work and projects on long-term basis in technical occupations for different industries in The Netherlands. The company was founded in 1997 and has several offices in the Netherlands and Belgium. We specialize in two departments: Electro & Instrumentation (E&I) and Mechanical Construction (WTB). Currently we have an estimated 600 satisfied employees working for us. InAxtion B.V. is certified with VCU and NEN4400-1. This means we provide the best working conditions and are a reliable employer. Also we have our own Housing Department which is accordingly certified. Place of employment: Our client Shell Pernis of the Royal Dutch Shell, is the largest refinery complex in Europe, where crude oil is being processed into useful products such as petrol, kerosene, diesel and raw materials for the chemical industry. It has a strong track record of safe and reliable operations and occupies a strategic location in the Rotterdam industrial region. Shell announced in 2021 the start in 2022 a big shutdown and also they starting at the end of the year with a big investment to build a new factory what takes 1,5 years. Beside this we have other project in the Petrochemical sector like building a N2 factory, building ovens, we have a big tunnel what is being build, ect. Information about the position: •Connecting instrumentation cables to the junction boxes and instruments; •Connecting switchgear; •Hanging cable ducts, connecting lights; •Replacement of group cabinets; •Reading drawings; Skills required of the Electrician Industrial / Petrochemical: •Relevant education in the electric branch; •At least 3-5 years of proven experience in the electric branch; •Safety experience; •VCA basic certificate and/or VCA-VOL is an advantage. Or the willingness to obtain this certification; •The working languages within the section are English and Dutch. A good knowledge of one these two languages is required; •Driving license B and your own car is an advantage; •You are confident, social, flexible and accurate. What we offer: •Good wages with excellent secondary conditions; -Wages are a minimum of € 550,- nett. a week (based on 40 hours) when u have your own car Inclusive in the wages: the travel expenses to the Netherlands, free accommodation and local travel allowance. Exclusive in the wages: 24 days paid holiday per year (based on a full working week) and 8,33 % holiday pay of your gross hour rate(all together app. 50e nett a week by 40 hours work). •Pension plan as from Phase 2 contract; •Training courses for the certificates VCA, NEN3140 and ATEX will be paid by InAxtion; •Temporary work with enough continuation and the possibility for a permanent contract; •Collective health insurance; medical coverage incl. hospital care with a € 0 own risk. Collective health insurance is approx. € 29,- per week; •Housing facilities; adequate, convenient accommodation with your own room and cooking facilities + WIFI internet connection. If you like to make use of our housing facilities then the sum of € 150,- a week will be deducted from your wages. When organizing your own housing, then you will need to provide us an official bill from the rented accommodation (for restitution); •Car rental facilities; InAxtion owns it’s own car park; •The candidate must provide and take care of his own hand tools, working clothes and PPE which are required on the project;
