What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:

• TCP/IP and Mobile Application KPI Performance Troubleshooting, Tuning and Benchmarking experience,
• Experience with TCP/IP processing tools such as Wireshark, tcptrace or TCP Analyser
• E2E Network Performance Optimization Service Delivery experience, Strong understanding of E2E Mobile Network Architecture
• Deep investigations and troubleshooting experience using various tools and techniques
• Customer problem investigation including root cause analysis and improvement areas
• Analysis of KPIs, neighbor relations, investigation, and improvement of network quality problems in 5G / 4G (LTE) / 3G
• Implementation of new features and tuning 5G / 4G (LTE) / 3G RAN radio network parameters
• Preparation and execution for high level management presentations including managerial and technical details

Key must-haves

• Optimization Engineer profile add new requirements to perform network optimization activities analysis in RF and transport during network rollout, swaps and tuning optimization phase and trials pilots of new technologies
• Able to support customer’s IP performance and capacity consultation
• Able to create KPIs, reports and dashboards in SevOne and SevOne Data tools
• End-user / customer problem investigation
• Good experience with 5G/LTE KPI and performance optimization

Equally important soft skills

• Highly motivated and flexible to work in any project
• Practical and result oriented with focus on product quality and customer satisfaction
• Self-directive, team player, open communication, and ability to work in international team
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills

• Linux experience
• Any IP Certification like CCNA, JNCIA even if it is not valid anymore
• Experience with TCP Optimizers configuration and tuning
