Dutch Customer Service in beautiful Lisbon (m/f) Signing Bonus 500€

Responsibility

• Inbound Customer service for bookings, purchases of services or goods;

• Assistance with concerns regarding payment, shipping, return and exchange and further questions about customer accounts;

• Management of changes, adjustments, complaints and any other customer concerns.

Your Profile

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and good understanding of English (B1 Level);

• Willing to start an international experience – work abroad;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;

• Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;

• Experience in customer service (preferred).

• The Signing bonus will be paid as soon as the contract is signed and it is conditioned to a tenure of at least 12 months;

• In case the employee leaves the company in the first 12 months of contract, the signing bonus will have to be refunded to Teleperformance Portugal;
