DISPATCH FOOD & BEVERAGE EMPLOYEE

If you are a jack-of-all-trades, this is your (side) job as you work various F&B positions every day, and no day is the same! You will rotate between our different F&B outlets, where activities are extremely varied. Can be quite challenging. There are more options at Van der Valk than you may think. You will discover the meaning of hospitality, aswe never say no and always provide an option. As well, you may work flexible (F&B) hours and there is lots of growth potential.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

You will be responsible for looking after our guests at the various F&B outlets as a food and beverage employee. You'll be a part of a fun and supportive team. You and your coworkers are responsible for a positive work environment, a spotless restaurant, and happy patrons. In addition, you are mostly in charge of serving food and beverages. What will a normal workday entail?

• You will help with the mise en place;

• Welcoming guests upon arrival and taking reservations;
• Serving drinks and dishes;
• Provide support to other departments when needed;
• You will take care of clearing up and cleaning up afterwards and, based on cleaning checklists, clean the bar and dispatch area.
