DISHWASHER

A Dishwasher at a hotel plays a crucial role in ensuring that the kitchen runs smoothly by maintaining cleanliness and hygiene through the cleaning of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils after use.
• Ensure that all pots, pans, and cooking utensils are cleaned and properly stored.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized.
• Empty and clean trash bins regularly to maintain a hygienic environment.

• Perform deep cleaning duties as needed, including washing kitchen floors and wiping down walls.
