At Sitel in Copenhagen, we are currently looking for customer service advisors who are fluent in Danish to do support on the best products within treatment of diabetes on behalf of our client – a global company who is leading in the diabetes health care industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for the very best customer service talent to match our customers' expectations. Providing a first class service will always be at the forefront of who you are and what you do. If you possess the communication skills and have a great attitude to teamwork, we will teach you the rest!

You will have to deliver an exceptional support and service of the best diabetes health care products on the market over phone and email to product users who contact us with questions on function, handling orders, or any other enquiries. The company, you will do support on behalf of, is one of the major players in the diabetes health care market and you will have to comply with their standards, their code of conduct, and fully live up to the moral codex.

The product range is versatile, always of impeccable quality, and is the result of relentless innovation with the sight of helping users be as healthy and living as good a life as possible. To complement the quality of the products, we have to ensure the service accompanied live up to the highest possible standards.

Workplace, Contact and Applying

The workplace is Sitel’s office in Copenhagen, Sluseholmen 2-4 in Copenhagen, however, you are also able to work from home if you are living in and have a registered address in Denmark.

 

Working hours on the Danish line are Monday to Friday from 08:00-16:00, and we offer fulltime positions of 37 hours a week.

 

The salary on the Danish line is DKK 18.290 per month and in addition, Sitel pays an amount that equals 6% of the monthly salary to a Free Choice Account every month. Furthermore, Sitel pays the amount that equals 8 % of the monthly salary to a Pension Plan every month and as an employee, you pay 4 % yourself.
