For our newest client in Sofia, one of the most positive and globally recognized manufacturers of confectionery, and food products, we are hiring Customer Support Consultant with French to provide support via phone and email.



This position will require you to visit the office in Sofia two times per week. 

 

Your main tasks:

  • Patiently assist and troubleshoot customers;
  • Show empathy and focus to customers while resolving issues in a timely fashion;
  • Connect the dots;
  • Come to independent decisions considering compliance with the processes and regulations; 
  • Attend to all aspects of customer care in a courteous and professional manner; 
  • Multitask in fast paced environment with high volume of communications; 
  • Ability to thrive within and adapt to organizational changes;
  • Chase and follow-up – bring things to resolution.

Our requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English – both written and spoken;
  • 6 + months customer service experience;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Analytical mindset and strong problem solver; 
  • Confident, dynamic, and creative professional.
