DepartmentFor the TEST division of LMS, A Siemens Business, we're looking for a CS Engineer. Responsibilities• Handling service requests from clients and colleagues from other regions (on specific software and hardware)• Delivery of new releases• Giving trainings• Priority & escalation management• Buffer & Back-up for Professional Services• Customer visits (national and international)Profile requirements• Mechanical Engineering (university level) or equal experience• Experience with Test.Lab is an advantage• Background / interest in DSP (digital signal processing)• Fluent in English and German• Good at project management, able to supervise deployment of new Test.Lab installations, as well as updates at major sites• Good at problem solving, good analytical reasoning• Good at customer oriented communication• Able to handle several tasks simultaneously; good at priority management ConditionsLMS offers, besides an attractive salary and benefits package, an internationally oriented and innovative high-techenvironment.
