Job Description
The candidates we are looking for have excellent communication and listening skills, are exceptional problem solvers and like to help people. Customer service
specialists answer customer´s questions and take care of customer complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Excellent Finnish language skills, including writing;
Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills);
Positive attitude;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office;
General hardware and software knowledge
Ability to obtain, verify, evaluate work assignments and provide necessary information for client;
Good English language skills;
Being interested in technical support is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Assisting customers mostly through email and social media;
Email handling;
Customer services;
Providing relevant information in a professional and timely manner in order to achieve performance objectives;
Work in a team of Customer Service Consultants to achieve the team’s performance targets;
Attend specified training, organized to improve skills of business relationship with clients and customers, develop the skills and experiences necessary to improve product knowledge and service ability.
