Customer Service Representative for SW License Keys

We are currently looking for a Customer Support Representative who speaks English. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be part of a very dynamic team providing first class customer support to customers and IBM Business Partners worldwide in regard to Software key management and entitlements.
You will work according to work schedules, which will include day, evening, night, weekend, public holiday, and on-call shifts.One of the additional language skills is an advantage: German, Spanish, Italian, French, or Portuguese. Combining your knowledge with our expertise, will allow us to work towards perfection in customer service.
