Customer Service Representatives with Nordic language
Location: Warsaw/Poland
who will support Microsoft clients – users of Windows/MS office software.

You will take care of:
- Answering customer requests or inquiries concerning Windows/MS Office software;
- Providing customers via phone or chat with innovative solutions to meet their needs;
- Delivering first-class customer experience;
- Creating a positive impression of the support team;
Requirements:
- Excellent Swedish/Finnish/Danish or Norwegian written and spoken language skills are a must;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Elementary knowledge of Computing devices like Laptops, PCs, Smart Phones, Tablets, etc.;
- Expertise in Windows OS;
