Customer service employee
The employee, after a training, has to assist clients (which are normally yachts captains/pursers who act on behalf of the guests onboard) trying to satisfy their requests as much as possible. Requests are recevied via email, phone and whatsapp and every request is normally quite urgent and important for the client (we often deal with last minute requests during peak season).
This is a challenging job but also very fulfilling.
Flexibility, stress management, team-work orientation, self iniviative, compulsory knowledge of Italian and English languages, meticolousness, knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excell.
Knowledge of French and Spanish are appreciated but not compulsory.
